MAIBAHE currently offers Golden Grain Congee Kit, Black Rice & Red Date Congee Kit and Organic Corn Noodles.
What are the product prices?
Golden Grain Congee Kit and Black Rice & Red Date Congee Kit are each US$19.99 per package. Organic Corn Noodles are US$12.99 per package. Each product has a net weight of 1 kg per package.
How does the second-item promotion work?
For each individual product, buy one package and get the second package of that same product at 50% off. Contact MAIBAHE to confirm the promotion in your order quote.
How do I place an order?
Online checkout is not available yet. PayPal and mainstream payment methods are supported; contact us for payment details. Email [email protected] with your product selection, quantity and delivery destination. Ask for the current product label, delivery quote and applicable terms before confirming an order.
Where does MAIBAHE ship from?
MAIBAHE ships from its warehouse in China and sells worldwide, including the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Ask for estimated delivery time and any shipping charge that applies to your order. See Shipping & Returns.
Is shipping free?
Free worldwide shipping applies when the product subtotal after promotions is US$49.99 or more. You can mix products to reach the threshold. Below the threshold, shipping is quoted for your destination.
How do I pay?
PayPal and mainstream payment methods are supported. Online checkout is not available yet; email [email protected] to arrange payment for your order.
How long will delivery take?
The estimated dispatch and delivery time will be confirmed with your destination-specific quote. Contact MAIBAHE with your country or region and postcode.
Where can I find package sizes, ingredients and allergens?
Email [email protected] for the current product label and specification. Each package has a net weight of 1 kg. Check ingredients, allergens, storage and preparation directions for the exact product you plan to buy.
Are the products gluten-free, vegan or certified organic?
Check the current label and supporting documentation for the specific product. A product name or image alone does not confirm ingredients, allergen controls, dietary suitability or certification. Contact MAIBAHE before buying if you need a particular dietary or certification requirement.
How should I cook the congee or noodles?
Follow the preparation directions on the actual package. Ask MAIBAHE for current directions if you do not have the label. General cooking guides are a starting point and do not replace product-specific instructions.
What is the wholesale minimum order?

How do I ask about a return or order problem?
Product leakage discovered within 24 hours after receipt qualifies for a refund. Contact [email protected] with your order details. For other return or order issues, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.
