Terramai is a modern pantry brand inspired by Asian grain traditions. Our current collection centers on comforting congee kits, black rice and red date blends, and quick-cooking corn noodles.
Are your products plant-based?

Cooking & storage
How do I cook a congee kit?
Follow the water ratio and timing on the package. For a looser bowl, add warm water near the end; for a thicker texture, simmer a little longer and stir occasionally.
Can I customize the recipes?
Absolutely. Try greens, mushrooms, scallions, sesame, chili crisp, fruit, nuts or an egg. Our recipes are meant to be flexible foundations.
How should I store opened products?
Keep unused dry product sealed in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate cooked food promptly in a covered container, and reheat until steaming hot before serving.
Can I prepare a bowl ahead of time?
Yes. Cooked grains often thicken as they chill, so add a splash of water when reheating and stir until the texture becomes silky again.

Where do orders ship from?
Orders ship from California. Most orders leave our facility within 1–3 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—free shipping is available on orders over $49. Any current eligibility details will be shown during ordering.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact support as soon as possible after ordering. We will do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once an order has entered fulfillment.
